A note about templates used for linking to PDF forms in the LSLAP Manual's Appendices
There are two possible templates used to link to the forms in Appendices:
- Template:LSLAP Appendix PDF — used for linking to local file.
- Template:LSLAP Appendix PDF External Link - used for linking to external file.
