| The Employment Standards Branch is a part of the BC Ministry of Labour, Citizens' Services, and Open Government. The Branch provides extensive information on the rights of employees in provincially regulated workplaces. For federally regulated workplaces, see Employment Standards (Canada) in this Guide.
