Family LawLINE is a service provided by the Legal Services Society (LSS). Family LawLINE lawyers give people with low incomes who are experiencing family law issues free legal advice over the phone. Family LawLINE lawyers give brief "next step" advice about family law issues such as custody, access, guardianship, child support, spousal support, property division, family agreements, adoption, and court procedures. You may be able to get this help whether or not you qualify for a legal aid lawyer (see Do I qualify for legal advice? on the LSS website).
