The Honourable Justice Robert Punnett of the Supreme Court of British Columbia is an editor emeritus for JP Boyd on Family Law. He has a BA from Simon Fraser University (1974) and is a 1977 graduate of the Faculty of Law at UBC. He practised as a general practitioner in Prince Rupert from 1978 to 2009 with an emphasis on civil and family litigation, and held numerous appointments within the legal community, including as a Bencher for the Law Society of BC, prior to his appointed to the Bench in June 2009. |
