Arlene Henry, QC is a senior subject editor for JP Boyd on Family Law, and is jointly responsible for the pages on Specific Communities and Family Law. She has practiced law since 1986, and her career spans work as a solicitor as well as family law mediation. She has extensive experience working with First Nations across the country, and is well known for her landmark work with treaty and governance issues. Arlene is also trained as a mediator, and is credited for her involvement with major initiatives on the legal side of mediation in BC. She has operated her own practice since 1994, and is a 1985 graduate of the University of Victoria law faculty. |
