Kirstin Menzies is a subject editor for JP Boyd on Family Law, and is jointly responsible for the pages on Family Law Agreements. Kirstin was called to the BC Bar in August 2007, and obtained her law degree from UBC in 2006. She practices family law with Alliance Lex Law Corporation and is working towards building her family law mediation and collaborative law practice. She is a member of Collaborative Divorce Vancouver. Kirstin's legal practice includes assisting clients with estate and incapacity planning, which involves preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements. |
