Form F56 Certificate of Divorce is a prescribed form under the Supreme Court Family Rules. It can be acquired at the conclusion of both uncontested claims, whether joint or sole claims for divorce, as well as divorce claims that are contested. Because the same form is completed differently depending on whether a joint or sole claim is involved, be careful to ensure you view the example that is appropriate for your needs.
