If there’s a repair needed and it’s not an emergency, tell your manager or landlord right away (see [[Emergency Repairs]] later on this page below for information about what you can do in an emergency). Write down the date when you talked to your landlord and what they said. Don’t wait until a small problem becomes a big problem.
