You <span class="noglossary">will</span> have to prepare an Application for Case Management Order in Form 10, which will be used to bring an application to correct the terms of an order made under the Provincial Court Family Rules. In section 8 of the Form 10 Application for Case Management Order, select the option "settling or correcting the terms of an order made under the rules".
