Other means of service
The court really does have a wide latitude when it comes to making orders for subsituted service. Among other things, the court can order that the respondent be served by:
#*posting a copy of the documents to the door of his or her home or office,#*posting a copy of the documents in the local post office, or#*mailing it to the respondent by registered mail.
The particular method the court considers appropriate <span class="noglossary">will</span> always depend on the circumstances and what is reasonable in those circumstances.
