When your lawyer fires you
This really doesn't happen all that frequently. Most often, a lawyer <span class="noglossary">will</span> fire his or her client for one of the following reasons:
*an account is unpaid account and there is a low likelihood that the account <span class="noglossary">will</span> get paid,
*the client refuses to give reasonable instructions or follow the lawyer's advice, or
*the trust aspect of the lawyer-client relationship has broken down.
