PCFR Form 26 Order

Form 26 Order is a legal document required by the Provincial Court Family Rules.
In November 2015, the Provincial Court publicly released examples of correct wording for court orders. The Family Law Act Orders Picklist (Provincial Court) shows exact wording for many kinds of orders that you can use to complete Form 26 Order:
