Changing protection orders
When a protection order has been made and hasn't yet expired, either party can apply to vary the order to:
*extend or shorten the period of time that the protection order is in effect,
*vary the terms of the order, or
*end the order.
When a protection order has been made without notice, that ischanged, if the application was made without letting existing protection order will be terminated and replaced, so it is important to make sure that the other party know about the application ahead court is aware of time, any terms in the other party can ask the court original order that need to be carried over to cancel the new order.
