Registration of Divorce Proceedings (Form)

The Registration of Divorce Proceedings form must be completed online and downloaded as a PDF. It is then printed out and filed with the BC Supreme Court registry at the time a divorce proceeding is commenced. The registry will send the paperwork to the Central Registry of Divorce Proceedings in Ottawa.

The Central Registry of Divorce proceedings changed their RDP form and they are rejecting all RDP forms in the old format. Please update this page to the new form: https://www.justice.gc.ca/eng/fl-df/divorce/form-formulaire.html
